Peggy Hallinan

Peggy Hallinan is an experienced paralegal who has been working in the legal field for over 30 years, and over 25 of those years she has been working primarily in Family Law. She obtained an Associates Degree in the Legal Field in 1981 and has been this office’s Paralegal/Administrative Assistant for over 20 years.

Peggy is often the first point of contact for clients and facilitates the client’s access to the attorneys in the event the attorneys are engaged in meetings and court appearances. Peggy often is able to answer client’s questions and provide logistical support such as document access when the attorneys may not be immediately available. Peggy uses her considerable multitasking skills and experience to help clients by providing detailed support to the attorneys and the clients. Peggy is involved in all cases from the beginning to the end. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines and aiding with pleadings and correspondence.  She also maintains the case files and is an integral team member in preparing for hearings and trials.
